Quéformat Ltd. is now Groupe Qualitas Inc.
As of January 1 2010, Quéformat Ltd. has been acquired and had its operations merged with Groupe Qualitas Inc. For 35 years Quéformat, based in Monteregie (Longueuil) and Saint-Laurent (Montreal), has specialized in materials and geotechnical engineering, environmental sciences, roofing and waterproofing.
Quéformat President Michel Dussault has declared about this acquisition,
« We are very proud to be joining one of the world’s largest engineering and construction firms, and to be contributing our specific expertise and technologies to Qualitas, whom we consider to be the leader in our business sector in Quebec. »
As a result of the merger, Quéformat Ltd. now trades under the name of Groupe Qualitas Inc. The 115 employees of Quéformat’s Longueuil and Saint-Laurent offices have joined the Groupe Qualitas family, which can now dedicate 800 people to the needs of its clients from 22 locations across Quebec.
The P1 Inc. waterproofing consultancy, which belonged to Quéformat Ltd., is also now trading under Groupe Qualitas Inc.
